Based on an interview study I ran to discover design requirements for a new dashboard used within the internal Optum cloud platform

New Setup Wizard and Native Mobile App Feature

  • An increase of 2% (estimated to be 166,000 out of 8.3 million users) in patient engagement with Positive Airway Pressure therapy occurred during the first 90 days

Based on a concept testing study I ran for a new setup wizard and mobile app feature for ResMed device users
